[Problem] To provide a ceramic heater wherein the direction in which thermal stress acts is dispersed into a plurality of directions and a decline in insulation strength is suppressed, and to provide a glow-plug provided with the ceramic heater. [Solution] A heater (1) of the present invention comprises: an insulating substrate (2); a resistive body (3) that is embedded in the insulating substrate (2), and has a folded-back shape; and a pair of leads (4) that are embedded in the insulating substrate (2), extend in one direction, and are connected at one end side with the resistive body (3). The resistive body (3) or at least one lead (4) of the pair of leads (4) has an undulating site (5). |
