<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a solid electrolyte glass, which prevents composition deviation from occurring and can improve productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the solid electrolyte glass includes: a feedstock supplying unit for supplying a solid feedstock; a compression unit for compressing the feedstock supplied from the feedstock supplying unit; a fusion unit, connected to the compression unit, for heating the feedstock compressed in the compression unit to obtain a melt; a cooling unit, connected to the fusion unit, for cooling and solidifying the melt to obtain the solid electrolyte glass; and an opening portion from which the solid electrolyte glass is pushed out. In the fusion unit, a wall connecting both connection portions of the compression unit and the cooling unit is configured by a precise material through which a fluid does not pass. The melt is separated from an outer space of the fusion unit by the feedstock compressed in the compression unit, the melt and solid electrolyte glass existing in the cooling unit, and the wall of the fusion unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
