PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water feed device for suitably monitoring a hot water feed state even when there is no manual request from a user. SOLUTION: The hot water feed device includes a device body for generating or reheating hot water and feeding it to a hot water use facility installed in a demand location, a monitoring means 61 for monitoring the use operation of hot water in the hot water use facility or the generation operation or reheating operation in the device body, and a temperature regulating means for regulating the temperature of hot water fed to the hot water use facility. The hot water feed device includes a limit condition setting means 51 capable of setting limit conditions which are one or more integrated upper limit values of a use amount, a generation amount, a reheating amount of hot water, a feed heat amount or an operation time in a unit operation or operations of a plurality of times in a unit time, and a limit condition determining means 53 for determining a degree of sufficiency for satisfying the limit conditions set with the limit condition setting means 51 concerning the use operation of hot water, the generation operation or the reheating operation which are monitored with the monitoring means 61.
