<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positively-charged single-layered electrophotographic photoreceptor that suppresses generation of image failure by suppressing a transfer memory, in an image forming apparatus including a DC voltage application-type charging unit employing a contact charging method; and an image forming apparatus that includes the positively-charged single-layered electrophotographic photoreceptor as an image carrier. <P>SOLUTION: The positively-charged single-layered electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer formed on a conductive substrate, and contains a pyrene derivative represented by the following general formula (1) used as a hole transport agent. In the general formula (1), each of R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms which may be the same or different with each other, and a, b, and c independently is an integer of 0 to 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
