PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer replenishment container that prevents toner from clogging in an exhaust passage of toner and can charge a toner storage bag with an appropriate amount of air.SOLUTION: A developer replenishment container 40 includes a developer storage bag 41 that is included in a container frame body, has elastic restoring force, and accommodates developer, and a developer exhaust passage 42 for exhausting the developer accommodated in the developer storage bag to the outside of the developer replenishment container, where the container frame body and developer storage bag have a space therebetween to constitute an airtight chamber 44. The developer replenishment container 40 further includes negative pressure maintaining and releasing means capable of maintaining and releasing a negative pressure state in which the developer storage bag is shrunk due to the elastic restoring force of the developer storage bag and thereby the pressure in the airtight chamber becomes lower than the pressure outside the developer replenishment container, and information output means for outputting information on at least one of the amount of developer accommodated in the developer storage bag and the size of the developer storage bag. |
