PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing photographed image data capable of improving reliability of measurement of a cutting width of a weld bead even when a photographed image of a cutting part is unclear. SOLUTION: Illumination light is regarded as area light, lighting luminance of the area light in measurement areas is regarded as three kinds of luminance being different in a longitudinal direction of a bead, and photographed images of respective areas (A, B, C each area) of the three kinds of luminance are simultaneously image-processed to measure cutting widths of a weld bead.
