PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-wash water discharge device which can highly secure flexibility in the design of a hand-wash water discharge pipe while effectively shortening the time until the start of discharge from the hand-wash water discharge pipe. SOLUTION: In a hand-wash water discharge device 22, an embedded member 46 is embedded in a part of upward interior space of a hand-wash water discharge pipe 26 to form the other part of the upward interior space into an upward flow passage 50 of hand-wash water leading to a discharge port 28.
