PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue an alarm on the basis of positional information from the first time even for a new object. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: a GPS reception part 12 for detecting a position of its own vehicle; an internal nonvolatile memory 17 for storing point data including position information of a point specifying an alarm object gathered by itself; and a control part 18 for registering the point data including the received position information in the internal nonvolatile memory when receiving the position information of the point specifying the alarm object sent from another target detector. The control part issues an alarm when a present position and the position information of the point registered in the internal nonvolatile memory are in predetermined position relation. When another target detector exists in surroundings, the control part transmits the position information of the points included in a part or all of the point data stored in the internal nonvolatile memory.
