PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary switch device with a rotation part which is hardly displaced from an attachment position in a rotation axis direction.SOLUTION: A rotary switch device 1 includes: a switch 2; a device body 4 which is fixed to a body of a two-wheeled vehicle; a rotor 3; a plate cam 3b; and a holder 6. The rotor 3 has a shaft 3a rotatably supported by the device body 4 so as to rotate on the shaft 3a according to a rotation of a side stand bar. The plate cam 3b drives the switch 2 being rotated along with the rotation of the rotor 3. The holder 6 is attached to the device body 4 to hold the switch 2. The holder 6 attached to the device body 4 holds the rotor 3 in an axial direction of the shaft 3a.
