<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a drive voltage appropriate for at least a part of internal circuits either efficiently or stably irrespective of a change in power supply voltage.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a semiconductor integrated circuit includes: a regulator 110; a level shifter 140; and a switch circuit 130. The regulator 110, which has a first terminal, a second terminal, and a third terminal, converts an input voltage that is a potential difference between the first terminal and the third terminal to thereby obtain an output voltage that is a potential difference between the second terminal and the third terminal. The level shifter 140, which has one end and the other end, regulates a voltage level between one end and the other end. The switch circuit 130 includes: a switch 131; a switch 132 selectively connecting the third terminal of the regulator 110 to one end of the level shifter 140; and a switch 133.</p> |
