<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage generation circuit that has simple constitution, is low in dependency of a supply voltage on an output voltage, and can adjust the output voltage while suppressing change in the dependency of the supply voltage.SOLUTION: A voltage generation circuit includes a first bipolar transistor 105 which has its emitter terminal grounded and a second bipolar transistor 107 which has its collector terminal connected to a power supply terminal 106. The base terminal of the first bipolar transistor 105 is connected to the emitter terminal of the second bipolar transistor 107, the emitter terminal of the second bipolar transistor 107 is further connected to a ground terminal of a resistance 108, and the base terminal of the second bipolar transistor 107 is connected to a power supply terminal 110 by a resistance 109.</p> |
