FIELD: transportation.SUBSTANCE: complex to transfer wood chips from a ground warehouse into a vehicle comprises a frame that is U-shaped in the cross section with vertical supports and an upper crosspiece, as vertical supports rest against the surface of the ground with the help of two pairs of pneumatic wheels with drives of their rotation. Between vertical supports above the upper edge of the ground warehouse from wood chips there is a shaft with a helical surface of auger type, kinematically connected with driving units, fixed on frames, with the possibility of their displacement downwards and upwards along guides of vertical supports and fixation on them with the help of electric screw pushers with stems fixed on upper parts of supports. At the side of auger device discharge in the groove of the ground surface along the length of the ground warehouse there is a conveyor, for instance, a scraper one, with the possibility of its loading with chips from the ground warehouse with the help of an auger device, and above the conveyor on the vertical support and the upper part of the groove of the ground surface at the side of the ground warehouse there are inclined guides for orientation of the flow of wood chips transferred to the conveyor. Outside the ground warehouse along its length the conveyor is made with an inclined section for transfer of wood chips transported by it into another vehicle - a dumper track or another conveyor, for instance, a manifold belt conveyor. The auger device may be made with cutters fixed on its helical surface.EFFECT: increased reliability of operation during full unloading of a warehouse with frozen wood chips with their transfer into a vehicle.2 dwg |
