PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in concentration measurement in a sample using scattering light measurement, if there is any other disturbance substance than a measurement object substance in a reaction cell or a reaction liquid, a concentration of the measurement object substance may not be rightly measured.SOLUTION: An automatic analysis device comprises an analysis part. On the basis of a measurement in first light quantity photometry in the state where water is dispensed to a reaction cell before dispensing a sample, a measurement in second light quantity photometry after dispensing the sample and a preprocessing reagent into the reaction cell, the quantity of liquid in the reaction cell in the second light quantity photometry and the quantity of liquid in the reaction cell in third light quantity photometry after dispensing a reaction reagent into the reaction cell and before reactions of the reaction reagent and a measurement object substance, the analysis part corrects the quantity of scattering light in the third light quantity photometry and the quantity of scattering light in fourth light quantity photometry after the reactions of the reaction reagent and the measurement object substance and on the basis of corrected values, the analysis part calculates a concentration of the measurement object substance. |
