PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single system cancellation apparatus capable of canceling single operation of distributed power sources in the case where the single operation is incurred by balancing a load and a power generation amount within a low-voltage system, and a control device therefor.SOLUTION: A single system cancellation apparatus 30 comprises: a first load switching device 7b-1 including a separation switch for connecting or disconnecting a low-voltage distribution line 9s-1 at a secondary side of a transformer 2b-1 connected between first phases of high-voltage distribution lines 1a-1c to or from the transformer 2b-1; a second load switching device 8a-1 including a power-on switch for disconnecting or connecting a low-voltage distribution line 9r-1 at a secondary side of a transformer 2c-1 connected between second phases of high-voltage distribution lines 1a-1c and the low-voltage distribution line 9a-1; and a control device 6 for determining whether the low-voltage distribution line 9s-1 is included in a single system on the basis of an open/closed state and a charging/outage state of a breaker 3, in the case where it is determined that the low-voltage distribution line 9s-1 is included, opens the separation switch which is closed normally, and closes the power-on switch which is open normally. |
