PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily derive the optimal manufacturing order of a plurality of products manufactured by multiple processes.SOLUTION: A scheduling device 1 classifies a plurality of products into a plurality of groups on the basis of a predetermined reference, selects a product from each of the plurality of groups, calculates, as a pair gap, an idle time between the processes of last two products in the final manufacturing process for each combination of the selected products, and derives the manufacturing order of the plurality of products so as to minimize the idle time in the final manufacturing process using, as a constraint condition, the pair gap for each combination of the products and the number of products in each group. |
