Provided are a donor substrate for transfer and a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device using the same. The donor substrate for transfer includes a transparent support layer, a photothermal conversion layer which is formed on one side of the support layer with a first pattern, a transfer layer which covers the photothermal conversion layer, and a reflection layer which is formed on the opposite side of the support layer with a second pattern.
