PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter in which projection-shaped lines formed on a base material and latent images appearing in accordance with the change of observation angles formed using the fine printing lines can be clearly visible even in the case the deviation of printing is generated.SOLUTION: Provided is a special latent image pattern-formed body in which, by arranging a plurality of first elements and second elements respectively divided into a pattern element part and a background element part on projection-shaped lines formed on a base material by partially differentiating shape, upon observation so as to be tilted to the substrate, a color image having the image part or background part of a moire pattern can be observed. |
