PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made thrust washer having a large annular introduction space, high accuracy in dimension, and not having a joint part inside thereof by being integrally molded by injection molding.SOLUTION: In a resin-made thrust washer composed of a doughnut-shaped annular body, an annular introduction space for a lubricant extended from an inner peripheral side to a radial outer side, is formed inside of the doughnut-shaped annular body, two or more metal mold nests are used in injection molding, and two or more nests are slid while divided into two stages or more at a fixed side of the metal mold and a movable side of the metal mold, thus the whole doughnut-shaped annular body is molded into the integrated shape without having a joint part inside thereof. |
