<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armor panel which is a cementitious panel having bulletproof properties and explosion resistance, is required to have high compressive strength due to earthquake resistance, and is capable of being used as a panel of the wall, ceiling or floor of a jail or another facility, the panel being required to exhibit tolerance to surface frictional damage.SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced cementitious armor panel contains: a cementitious core material having a continuous phase obtained by hardening an aqueous mixture of an inorganic cement binder containing no silica powder, silica sand having about 150-450 micron of a particle diameter, silica fume having 0.1 micron or smaller median particle diameter, a polycarboxylate-based self-leveling agent, and water; and an outer skin layer stuck to at least one surface of the hardened continuous phase. The continuous phase of the cementitious core material is reinforced uniformly with a glass fiber of 0.5-6.0 vol.% of the total volume of the cementitious core material, and the outer skin layer is a fibrous glass-reinforced polymer.</p> |
