A VOC reduction device according to the present invention comprises: a VOC treatment rotor that is divided into a regeneration zone, a cooling zone and an adsorption zone and rotates; a precooler including a treatment fan for pumping air including VOCs to the adsorption zone; an aftercooler for cooling air that has gone through the adsorption zone; a regeneration heater for heating air that has gone through the cooling zone; a regeneration fan for pumping the heated air to the regeneration zone; a first temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the regeneration heater; and a second temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the regeneration heater, wherein the first and second temperature sensors prevents the overheating of the regeneration heater by repeatedly measuring the temperature of the regeneration heater two or more times. Accordingly, the reliability of the device is improved by checking the overheating of the regeneration heater in a stepwise manner.
