This visually-distracted-driving detection device (12) comprises: a visually-distracted-driving determination means (72) that determines that a driver (88) is visually distracted if the direction (X) in which the driver (88) is looking is greater than or equal to a predetermined angle with respect to the front of the driver (88); and a prohibition means (76) that, if it is specified that the present position of the vehicle (10) as specified by a present-position specifying means (50) is within a first predetermined distance from an intersection (86), prohibits a process that is performed in cases where it is determined that the driver is visually distracted.</p> |
