<p>Provided is a curtain wall unit having an excellent outer appearance and in which short-circuiting can be prevented. The curtain wall unit includes: a frame body (10) formed of transoms (40, 50, 60) and mullions (20, 30); a first glass panel (70) disposed in a frame defined by the frame body; and a second glass panel (75) provided in a frame defined by the frame body, located at a predetermined distance from the first glass panel, and disposed such that a face thereof is in opposition to one of the faces of the first glass panel. A hollow layer (A) is formed by being surrounded by the frame body, the first glass panel, and the second glass panel. One of the transoms of the frame body has a circulation opening (51a) leading to the hollow layer. At least one of the mullions of the frame body has a circulation opening (21a, 31a) leading to the hollow layer.</p> |
