<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous production device which can perform continuous production consistently from a raw material to composition slurry containing electrode mixture with excellent reproducibility and also to provide a continuous production method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The device 10 comprises: a feed part 1 of a powder battery material; a mechanochemical treatment part 2 by which the mechanochemical treatment is applied to the powder battery material; a hard-mixed kneading and dispersing treatment part 3 by which the kneading and dispersing treatment is applied to liquid binder and a mechanochemical treated material, and a kneading and dispersing treatment parts 4, 5 in which a material obtained by hard-mixing and kneading is diluted to obtain the composition slurry containing electrode mixture.
