<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrode which excels in transparency, conductivity and film strength and also whose transparency, conductivity and film strength do not degrade even in a hot and humid environment. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent electrode 1 comprises: a transparent substrate 11; a first conductive layer 12, formed on the substrate 11, which consists of a metallic material formed in shape of a pattern; and a transparent second conductive layer 13, formed on the substrate 11 and electrically connected to the first conductive layer 12, which contains a conductive polymer and a polymer dispersible in an aqueous solvent. The first conductive layer 12 is formed with metal particles. The polymer contained in the second conductive layer 13 and dispersible in the aqueous solvent is a dissociative group-containing, self-dispersing type polymer, in which 50% or more of the dissociative group is neutralized as ammonium salt or as amine salt with 6 or less carbons. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
