PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective screen capable of displaying bright and good images and significantly reducing ceiling reflections, and to provide an image display system having the same.SOLUTION: A reflective screen 10 includes: a lens layer 13 having a Fresnel lens-shaped back surface comprising a plurality of arrayed unit lenses 131; reflective layers 12 which are formed at least on lens surfaces 132 of the unit lenses 131 to reflect light; and a surface layer 15 having a hairline pattern comprising a plurality of fine lines 151 arrayed in a predetermined direction formed on an image source side surface thereof. An average pitch Sm of undulation on the image-source side surface of the surface layer 15 in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the hairline pattern satisfies 150μm≤Sm≤250μm.
