<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect chemical substances at real time in a high sensitivity manner with a small and simple configuration.SOLUTION: Chemical substance receptor 102, G protein 103, adenyl acid cyclase 104 and a minute gap 107 are included. cAMPs which are produced when chemical substance 105 coupled with the chemical substance receptor 102 is fed to the minute gap 107. When the cAMPs pass through the minute gap 107, a tunnel current flowing the minute gap 107 changes. By detecting the tunnel current, the chemical substance 105 can be detected with high sensitivity.</p> |
