<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit which can increase the height of a ceiling of a room provided in the building unit and which can reduce a material cost, and to provide a unit building. <P>SOLUTION: The building frame of the building unit 1 includes four columns 2, and a ceiling beam 3 for coupling the upper ends of the four columns 2 together. A floor section 20 of the room 19 provided in the upside building unit 1 is supported on the ceiling beam 3 of the downside building unit 1 of the vertically-combined building unit 1 and 1. Thus, the position of the floor section 20 is lowered than ever before. Then, the ceiling height of the room 19 provided in the upside building unit 1 can be increased. Additionally, only the ceiling beam 3 of the downside building unit 1 is positioned as a horizontal beam in the joint between the upside and downside building units 1 and 1; and a floor beam of the conventional upside building unit is not used, thereby reducing the material costs lower than ever before. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
