PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pitch error correction method capable of accurately taking out a component from a tray cavity by correcting a pitch error in component taking-out processing and reducing an amount of data to be held when taking out the component.SOLUTION: A controller 86 takes out a first electronic component P, calculates a position of the electronic component P to be taken out secondly by calculation means 92 using corrected positional information Sx and Sy and the pitches Px and Py in which an initial value is set, and takes out a second electronic component P on the basis of the calculation results (step S3). The calculation means 92 also calculates an amount of misregistration from the image data containing a state in which a suction nozzle 40 has sucked the second electronic component P, and imaged by a parts camera 82. Correction means 93 of the controller 86 corrects the pitch Py using the amount of misregistration detected by the calculation mans 92 (step S4). |
