PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen food in which the attenuation of saltiness caused by frozen storage is suppressed without increasing the content of salt, and there is no foreign taste and uncomfortable feeling upon repast.SOLUTION: Provided is a frozen food comprising magnesium chloride. The concentration of the magnesium ions in the frozen food is 0.2 mmol/100 g or higher, and also, provided that the potassium ion concentration and the sodium ion concentration in the frozen food are respectively defined as Xmmol/100 g and Ymmol/100 g, the X and Y satisfy the relation in the inequality (I): X/Y≤0.55(I). |
