PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily impart waterproofness even to existing equipment while maintaining long-term waterproofness in the case of new equipment.SOLUTION: A liquid storage tank 3, which is integrated by welding a lower end of a vertical cylinder part 2 to an annular plate 1 for forming a bottom plate, is installed on a support foundation part 4.
