<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device and a radiation imaging system that can detect a radiation even when the radiation has weak irradiation intensity and also can suppress an increase in power consumption.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device includes: a plurality of conversion elements (201) which are arranged in a matrix and convert a radiation into electric charge; a plurality of switch elements (202) which output signals based upon the electric charge of the plurality of conversion elements to a plurality of signal lines respectively line by line; bias wiring (Vs) which supplies a bias voltage to the plurality of conversion elements; a readout circuit (103) for reading the signals of the plurality of signal lines; a current detection part (108) which detects the start of exposure of the radiation on the basis of a current flowing through the bias wiring; and a signal detection part (110) which detects the start of the exposure of the radiation on the basis of the signals read out by the readout circuit.</p> |
