<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow receiving of paper being continued to be transported while being folded, and to allow folding process without preventing transportation of paper even if a next paper catches up, being possible to accept the next paper.SOLUTION: A paper processing device includes a second transportation member R2 for transporting paper P, a third transportation member R3 which receives the paper P that is transported by the second transportation member R2 and transports it to a following stage, a fourth transportation member R4 which folds the paper P by rotating the third transportation member R3 in a reverse direction in a state in which the paper P is held by the second transportation member R2 and the third transportation member R3, and a first elastic material F1 (and second elastic material F2) or a switch back path W3 which is provided on an upper stream side in a paper transportation direction of the second transportation member R2 to tolerate transportation of the paper P parallel to folding process.</p> |
