摘要 A method, a data network arrangement, a computer program product and a server accomplish a service platform. The service platform has several customer interfaces whereby the customer can request a service in the service platform. The service platform prioritizes the received customer requests based on the prioritization value given to different customer events. A customer servant sees the customer requests in the order of importance that is based on the given prioritization value of each customer event. By utilizing the service platform the customer servant can concentrate on serving the customer requests in order of importance.
