摘要 The present invention relates to a preparation method for a fresh vegetable garnish having an extended shelf life, the method comprising the steps of: (a) cleaning and screening a raw material; (b) blanching the raw material; (c) cooling the blanched raw material and then dehydrating same; (d) adding an acidity regulator and an antioxidant after the dehydration; (e) packaging the material and then performing hot water sterilization; and (f) cooling.
