<p>The present method makes it possible to measure the spatial coordinates of radio objects, inter alia mobile objects, transmitting radio signals. For this purpose, radio signals with given individual features are transmitted at given time intervals, not necessarily identical from one interval to another, the signals are received synchronously by an information ground-based multi-point receiving system, the phase centres of the antennae of the not less than five receiving points of which are situated at locations with given coordinates, the time of arrival of radio signals from specific radio objects is recorded in a temporal framework set in the ground-based receiving system, and the coordinates of the phase centre of a radio object antenna are measured on the basis of the above-mentioned coordinates and the times of arrival using the proposed measurement equations. The method makes it possible to measure other trajectory characteristics of a radio object on the basis of a combination of the radio object coordinates, in a given amount, measured from one interval to another.</p> |
