The present invention relates to a solid fuel production apparatus using livestock excrement which comprises the following: a sterilizing device (100) receiving the livestock excrement, sterilizing the received livestock excrement, and removing odor and harmful materials; a solid-liquid separation device (200) separating solid and liquid from the sterilized livestock excrement; a dehydration device (300) dehydrating the livestock excrement; a fermentation device (400) aerobically fermenting the dehydrated livestock excrement before drying, and discharging contaminated gas generated after the fermentation; a water content reduction device (400) receiving the livestock excrement from the fermentation device, removing odor and harmful materials, and reducing the water content of the livestock excrement; a pellet molding device (600) receiving the livestock excrement from the water content reduction device, and molding the livestock excrement into pellets; a livestock excrement drying device (700) including a drying unit for receiving the molded livestock excrement from the pellet molding device and a combustion unit (720) removing the odor from the contaminated gas by mixing fuel, air, and the contaminated gas before combusting and supplying the heat generated from the combustion to the molded livestock excrement in the drying unit, and discharging the molded livestock excrement into a solid fuel form; a storage device (800) storing the solid fuel discharged from the livestock excrement drying device, and supplying the solid fuel as the fuel of the combustion unit; and a crushing device (900) crushing the solid fuel inside the storage device, supplying the solid fuel to the fermentation device and the water content reduction device, and reducing the water content of a mixture inside the fermentation device and the water content reduction device.
