PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric device emitting light having a large ratio of UC(up-conversion).SOLUTION: A photoelectric device 1 includes an ion liquid 10, as an optical UC part, sealed by a transparent glass 11, and up-converting the incident light by triplet-triplet annihilation process, an LED chip 3 as a light-emitting element, a central part mirror 12 for reflecting the light emitted from the center side region of the optical UC part to the optical UC part, and a peripheral mirror 13 for reflecting the reflection light coming from the central part mirror 12 while passing through the optical UC part toward the peripheral region thereof. |
