<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance of desmoking and deodorant in a grill with an afterburner to eliminate soot and odorous components generated in a heating chamber by heating.SOLUTION: A grill comprises: grill burners 22 and 23 heating a foodstuff in a heating chamber 20; a chimney 21 guiding soot and odorous components generated in the heating chamber 20 to outside of the grill 2; an afterburner 24 eliminating the soot and the odorous components introduced within the chimney 21 by heating; a timer cooking control unit making the grill burners 22 and 23 put off fire automatically when a heating cooking time S1 set in advance has passed since the grill burner 22 and 23 were fired; a desmoking control unit making the afterburner 24 put off fire when a required desmoking time S3 has passed since the automatic putting off was carried out; and a combustion control unit setting heating power of the grill burner 22 and 23 in weak fire before a required time S2 of the automatic putting off.</p> |
