<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of receiving streaming music at a wireless device.SOLUTION: A method of receiving streaming music at a wireless device includes receiving streaming content 116 from a server 108, emitting music from the streaming content 116, and playing a locally stored song when a network interruption is detected. The method further includes accessing a playlist 118 and 120 and determining whether the playlist 118 and 120 include at least one of a user's favorite songs, a same-artist song, or a same-genre song. The method also includes determining that a network connection is re-established, finishing playback of the locally stored song, receiving other streaming content 116 from the server 108, and emitting music from other streaming content 116.</p> |
