<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraoral disintegrable tablet which has both good disintegratability in oral cavity and moderate hardness, and can be produced by a simple method.SOLUTION: The above problem can be solved with an intraoral disintegrable tablet containing an active ingredient and two or more kinds of disintegrators differing in water swelling rates. The intraoral disintegrable tablet of the invention contains the active ingredient, a high swelling disintegrator whose swelling rate is two or more, and a low swelling disintegrator whose swelling rate is less than 0.2. Preferably, a content of the high swelling disintegrator is 0.5-15 wt.% to a total weight of the intraoral disintegrable tablet. Preferably, the intraoral disintegrable tablet of the invention is produced by directly tableting. Preferably, the intraoral disintegrable tablet of the invention further contains a crystalline cellulose.</p> |
