PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer that superposes and prints images on the basis of image data memorized while suppressing modification of software for instructing printing.SOLUTION: The printer 10 comprises: a printing portion 17 for printing images on a recording medium; an image data processing portion 15a that memorizes registered image data in an image-data memory region 40 on the basis of registered instruction data received from a browser of a terminal 11 via a first communication path K1; and a printing control portion 15b that when receiving a control command that instructs printing of printed images via a second communication path K2, superposes registered images shown by the registered image data 41 memorized in the image-data memory region 40 on the printed images and then directs the printing portion 17 to print the superposed images.
