<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverized rubber manufacturing method and manufacturing device in which removing efficiency of impurities can be further improved by making it possible to pulverize rubber without involving danger during operation and without causing the re-aggregation of the rubber.SOLUTION: A pulverized rubber manufacturing method is the method which manufactures pulverized rubber of 3 mm cubic or less by pulverizing rubber material including impurities in the state of being mixed with water, and the rubber material during pulverization or immediately after pulverization is cooled. A pulverized rubber manufacturing device is provided with a pulverizer 1 which comprises a rotation member 10 including plural rotating blades on the outside in the radial direction of the rotation axis and an annular stationary part 20 including plural stationary blades arranged as facing and closely to the rotation blades and provided as concentric with the rotation member in the surroundings of the rotation member, and pulverizes the rubber material including the impurities with the rotating blades and the stationary blades to manufacture the pulverized rubber. The pulverized rubber manufacturing device further includes a nozzle 9 for spraying water to the rubber material immediately after the pulverization.</p> |
