A control valve comprising: a sheet section through which fluid passes; a poppet valve body that travels in the central axis direction of the sheet section; and a poppet throttle flow path defined between the sheet section and the valve body. The poppet throttle flow path is formed such that the flow path area of a cross-section intersecting the central axis of the seat section and the valve body gradually increases from the upstream side towards the downstream side.
