Provided is a curtain type open rack vaporizer which enables uniform heat transfer with seawater even if a ship rolls. The curtain type open rack vaporizer comprises: a tube panel which vaporizes liquefied natural gas into natural gas through a heat exchange with seawater; a buffer chamber which supplies seawater to the surface of the tube panel; a curtain sheet which is arranged in a row with the tube panel to allow the seawater to flow into the space between the curtain sheet and the tube panel; and a curtain rail which guides the one-directional movement of the curtain sheet.
