The present invention discloses an apparatus for manufacturing a ceramic wire and a method of manufacturing the ceramic wire using the same. The apparatus for manufacturing the ceramic wire includes: a first deposition unit to form a superconductive thin film on a substrate; and a surface precipitate removing unit provided adjacent to the first deposition unit to remove the surface precipitate create on a top surface of the superconductive thin film.
