The present invention relates to a system and a method for monitoring the production of a press-molded product in real time. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a database to store information related to the press mold of each product; a production information management part to store the production information of each press-molded product in real time; a quality management part to generate management information about the status of an initial quality test, a middle quality test, and a final quality test for each press-molded product in real time; a management server to receive data from the database, production information management part, and quality management part through a communications network, and to manage the data; and an operator terminal to receive specific data from the management server and display the specific data on a screen. The present invention enables an operator to check the production stage of a press-molded product in real time and thus to accurately manage the time required for exchanging press molds, thereby improving productivity. In addition, the present invention enables the operator to inspect a press-molded product in real time and to update a quality checklist in real time as well, thereby reducing the rate of product defects and improving product quality. |
