PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multidrug sensitivity yeast which is sensitive to more drugs useful for drug screening, exploration of genetic target molecules, and the like.SOLUTION: A transformation budding yeast related to the invention is obtained by (i) deleting the expression function of at least PDR3 gene, PDR8 gene, PDR1 gene, YRR1 gene, SNQ2 gene, PDR5 gene, PDR10 gene, YOR1 gene, PDR15 gene, PDR11 gene, PDR12 gene, and AUS1 gene, (ii) inserting adenine (A) between the 308th base and the 309th base towards the upper stream from the start codon (ATG) in RME1 gene, and (iii) enabling expression of ERG6 gene conditionally. |
