PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED module capable of improving a yield when mounted on an illumination device, and an illumination device including the same.SOLUTION: An LED module 10 comprises: a semiconductor light-emitting element 7; a case 2 which houses the semiconductor light-emitting element 7; a first electrode 3 which is electrically connected to the semiconductor light-emitting element 7 and in which the side opposite to the side on which the semiconductor light-emitting element 7 is arranged is exposed to the outside of the case 2; a second electrode 4 facing the first electrode 3; a first heat applying part 3b thermally connected to the first electrode 3 and exposed to the outside of the case 2 in a short direction of the first electrode 3; and a second heat applying part 4b thermally connected to the second electrode 4 and exposed to the outside of the case 2 in a short direction of the second electrode 4. There is also provided an illumination device 50 including the LED module. |
