PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus observation apparatus capable of displaying an image of an attention region at the same position in the frame of respective images when photographing is conducted a plurality of times.SOLUTION: A fundus observation apparatus includes: a fixation target projection part for projecting a fixation target whose projection position can be changed on an eye to be examined; an image generation part for receiving fundus reflection light of infrared light irradiated on the fundus of the eye to be examined in a fixation state and generating an infrared image of the eye to be examined; a specification part for specifying the positional information of an attention region in the infrared image; a storage part for storing a patient ID, the positional information of the attention region, and the projection position of the fixation target when the fundus reflection light is received in an associated manner; an input part; a displacement calculation part for calculating displacement between the positional information specified by the specification part for the infrared image and the positional information associated with the patient ID when the patient ID is input, and the infrared image is generated; and a control part for projecting the fixation target based on the projection position of the fixation target associated with the patient ID, and the calculated displacement. |
