<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element capable of reducing unnecessary strength of diffraction light.SOLUTION: The optical element has fine structures which are arrayed at a pitch smaller than a wavelength of visible light. Plural arrays of fields of n square (n is an integer larger than 3 excluding 4) has a fine structure formed thereon. Each of the fields is formed with the fine structure. With this arrangement, unnecessary strength of diffraction light can be reduced.</p> |
